H-flux Gallery is proud to present In-Between 5-7-1, a solo exhibition by France-based artist Seon Kang Wolter, on view from October 9 to 26. Featuring 19 new works, the exhibition delves into the essence of human existence and the complexities of the inner self. Wolter uses the traditional Korean steamer, Siru, as a central motif, infusing it with her emotions and inner world. Through the use of color, she vividly expresses the depth and intricacies of her feelings. Her works traverse the boundaries between tradition and modernity, as well as analog and digital, offering viewers a distinctive visual and sensory experience. The artist has previously exhibited at Espace Icare in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France (2018), and at Alliance Française de Singapour, sponsored by Société Générale (2013). She has participated in numerous group exhibitions, including Salon d’Automne and MacParis. In 2017, she received second prize at the Salon des Beaux-Arts de Garches and continues to actively pursue her international career.
